A fast metabolism will burn calories even in your sleep. Big weights will deliver results.
Make sure to do jumping exercises – When you jump, your body uses up lot of calories. By including some jumping exercises in your workouts you will be burning a lot more calories then you could have done otherwise. You can and should do a variety of jumps.
Do a lot of aerobics – Do hard and intense workouts. Give your workouts everything you’ve got. When you train in a group, your are always driven to work harder. This will help you to get faster results.
Do your workouts as often as you can – Don’t fall for the common exercise excuses. I realize that you may not want to train on some days. If you start missing workouts, your results will suffer. Don’t let any excuses get in the way of your results.
